Announcement

It was with great sadness that CAMTC announced the passing of Board member Dr. Ron Bates in September 2022. Ron was appointed to the Board in 2015 and was later elected Vice Chair. Ron brought decades of experience and energy to the Board, and his unique perspective will always be missed. Upon reflecting on Ron’s 50 years of public service, including his 7 years of dedicated service to CAMTC, the Board voted to provide a $5,000 Scholarship in 2023 in Ron’s memory to a promising student in the field of massage.

The Dr. Ron Bates Memorial Scholarship recipient will be selected by the CAMTC Chair and Vice Chair, in their sole discretion, no later than February 29, 2024, and then announced on the CAMTC website. The decision of the Chair and Vice Chair is final.

Submit your completed application (following) by email to: scholarship@camtc.org.
