CAMTC Late Fee Forgiveness Program

Save Up To $180 Late Fees
When You Apply for CAMTC Recertification by April 30, 2021

If your CAMTC Certificate expired in the past 18 months, you can still apply for recertification!

If your CAMTC Certificate expired in the last six months, login to your CAMTC dashboard and apply for recertification electronically. To do so, click here.

If your CAMTC Certificate has been expired for more than six months but less than 18 months, you can still apply for recertification by emailing your completed CAMTC 2020 Recertification Application to info@camtc.org. We are now accepting and processing CAMTC Recertification Applications for Certificates expired for more than six months, and less than 18 months, via email. If your CAMTC 2020 Recertification Application is received by April 30, 2021 (per the email date when it’s submitted to CAMTC), you will be eligible to have the late fee waived.

If you meet this requirement and your CAMTC 2021 Recertification Application is received by or before April 30, 2021 (per the email date when it’s received by CAMTC), you will also be eligible to have the late fee waived.

To submit your Recertification Application form by email, please follow these easy steps:

1) Download the CAMTC Recertification Application form here.

English: CAMTC 2021 Recertification Application

Chinese: CAMTC 2020 Recertification Application — Chinese Applications must be completed in English

2) Print and completely fill out the Recertification Application. Please be sure that you have completed all parts of the Recertification Application and that you have provided all of the requested information.

3) Scan or take photos of each page of the completed CAMTC 2021 Recertification Application form. We will accept scans or photos that are clear, very legible, and that include all pages of your completed Application form. You do not need to scan or send the instructions.

4) Email CAMTC at info@camtc.org and include the scans or photos of your CAMTC 2021 Recertification Application form and all supporting documentation as attachments to your email.

If your CAMTC 2020 Recertification Application is not received by email by April 30, 2021, you will not be eligible to have the late fee waived.

Please note that CAMTC can ONLY accept payment via a credit or debit card at this time.

CAMTC recommends that you do not email credit card information. To pay the Recertification Application processing fee by credit card, please contact our Customer Service team on the same day that you submit your completed Application form. After your CAMTC Recertification Application has been received with all required information and the Application processing fee has been paid (with NO late fees through April 30, 2021), CAMTC will begin to review and process your Application.

NOTE: Individuals with CAMTC Certificates that have been expired for more than 18 months are not eligible to apply for CAMTC Recertification, and will need to apply as new applicants. Click here to view CAMTC’s current Requirements for Certification.

File a Complaint

CAMTC takes complaints against massage professionals and schools very seriously. CAMTC's inquiry is limited to investigating conduct by CAMTC certificate holders and applicants that is substantially related to the qualifications, functions, or duties of a certificate holder. In order for us to determine whether the complaint may warrant investigation, you must:

  • Identify yourself by name and contact information. CAMTC DOES NOT INVESTIGATE ANONYMOUS COMPLAINTS.
  • Identify the name of the massage professional, location where the massage professional works or where the conduct complained of occurred, CAMTC certificate number if known, and provide as much other information as possible
  • Describe the conduct in question in detail
  • Indicate whether or not you have filed a police report, and if so, provide information about that report (i.e. date filed, law enforcement agency, report number, etc)

If CAMTC decides to investigate a complaint against a CAMTC massage professional or applicant, you must be willing to:

  • Provide a signed declaration under penalty of perjury
  • Possibly testify to the allegations
  • Explain your relationship with the massage professional
  • Provide any other evidence in your possession

CAMTC IS NOT A LAW ENFORCEMENT AGENCY NOR GOVERNMENT AGENCY. CAMTC DOES NOT REGULATE MASSAGE ESTABLISHMENTS, AS THAT IS UNDER THE JURISDICTION OF CITIES AND COUNTIES. IT IS WITHIN THE SOLE DISCRETION OF CAMTC WHETHER OR NOT TO INVESTIGATE OR PURSUE ANY CASE AGAINST A MASSAGE PROFESSIONAL.
